Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (NYSE:AXTA) today announced that its shareholders overwhelmingly voted to approve its previously announced all-stock merger of equals (the "Merger") with Akzo Nobel N.V. ("AkzoNobel") at the Company’s Special General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today.
