On a per-share basis, the San Jose, California-based company said it had net income of 12 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 25 cents per share.

The provider of networking technologies posted revenue of $80.1 million in the period.

A10 Networks shares have risen 74% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $30.84, a climb of 73% in the last 12 months.
