12:29 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Digia (DIGIA.HE) on Wednesday named Kimmo Kärkkäinen its next chief financial officer, effective by February 2027 at the latest. To join the consulting, software, and services company, Kärkkäinen will step down as CFO of Finnish digital service company Vincit (VINCIT.HE) by the start of November. Meanwhile, Digia's outgoing CFO Kristiina Simola will stay for the transition period.
