12:30 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aliko Scientific (ALIKO.PA) entered into two new distribution agreements covering its specialized pathology and cancer diagnostics portfolio in Romania and Saudi Arabia. The agreements with Proton Impex 2000 and H-Care Medical expand the life sciences company's commercial network for products including liquid-based cytology and FISH-related technologies, as well as dedicated microscopy and imaging systems used in precision cancer diagnostics, according to a Wednesday release. Under the five-year agreements, Romania-based Proton Impex committed to minimum purchase orders totaling 1.9 million euros, while Saudi Arabia-based H-Care Medical committed to orders worth at least 2.1 million euros.
