12:42 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Maison Pommery & Associés (POMRY.PA, POMRY.BR) said Wednesday its exclusive discussions for a strategic partnership with sparkling wine manufacturer Henkell International reached a preliminary end on July 31. The discussions covered a potential Henkell International majority shareholding in Maison Pommery. The listed alcoholic beverages company said the talks did not lead to an agreement, but that both parties remain open to reviving talks at a later stage. The period of exclusivity ended on Aug. 1, freeing up Maison Pommery to consider other transactions.
