Infracore's H1 Rental Income, Net Profit Rise

01:27 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infracore (INFRAC.SW) said Thursday its rental income and net profit grew year over year for the first half of 2026. Net profit for the six months ended June 30 jumped 5.5% to 22.8 million francs, while EPS moved to 1.96 francs from 1.86 francs. The Swiss healthcare infrastructure company's rental income stood at 35.9 million francs, compared with 34.1 million francs previously. Meanwhile, the company's board plans to propose a distribution of between 2.95 francs per share and 3.05 francs per share for full-year 2026. Infracore is scheduled to post its first-half results on Aug. 27.
