Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 12.3 million Saudi riyals, compared with a loss of 11 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 0.13 riyal from a loss per share of 0.12 riyal. The Tadawul-listed property company's revenue was 140.8 million riyals, compared with 110.4 million riyals a year ago.
