01:40 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arabian Centres Co. (SASE:4321), d/b/a Cenomi Centers, said Thursday its net profit and revenue in the first half declined year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 588.2 million Saudi riyals, compared with 689.8 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 1.24 riyals from 1.45 riyals. The real estate developer's revenue was 1.15 billion riyals, compared with 1.17 billion riyals a year ago.
