02:18 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Persimmon plc (PSN.L) said Thursday that profit and total revenue for the first half of 2026 increased year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 119.8 million pounds sterling, compared with 100 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.369 pound from 0.309 pound. The British homebuilder's total revenue was 1.73 billion pounds, compared with 1.50 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an unchanged interim dividend of 0.20 pound per share for the period, payable Nov. 6 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 16. For 2026, the company continues to expect that its underlying pretax profit will reach the consensus estimate of 491 million pounds.
