OSB Group Books Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Total Income Up

02:38 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OSB Group (OSB.L) said Thursday its profit for the first half declined, while total income jumped year over year. Profit attributable to ordinary shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 135 million pounds sterling, compared with 137.6 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.375 pound from 0.365 pound. The lending and retail savings group's total income was 340.3 million pounds, compared with 325.8 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.118 pound per share, payable on Sept. 18 to shareholders on record Aug. 14. It paid 0.112 pound per share in the year-ago period. For full-year 2026, OSB maintained its target to achieve a 5% dividend per share growth and return excess capital to shareholders.
