03:17 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Switzerland's unemployment rate increased to 3% in July from 2.9% a month ago, according to data from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs published Thursday. At the end of July, 139,276 individuals were registered as unemployed, up by 1,525 from a month ago.
