03:39 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Commerzbank (CBK.F) said Thursday it plans to carry out a share buyback of up to 1.2 billion euros. The lender has received approval for the buyback from the European Central Bank and is awaiting approval from the German Finance Agency.
