04:16 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Devolver Digital (DEVO.L) is seeking shareholder approval to cancel the trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, according to a Thursday filing. If approved, the independent video games publisher and developer will be delisted from the bourse on Sept. 16. The company is also planning a capital return of up to $5 million through an offer to buy up to 23,320,896 shares at 0.16 pound sterling apiece. It is also considering a subsequent offer with the same allocation that will be carried out within 12 months after its delisting. Shareholders will consider both the cancellation and the capital return at the general meeting scheduled for Sept. 8.
