04:35 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italy's seasonally adjusted industrial production fell 1.0% month over month in June, after a 0.3% decline in May, statistics agency Istat said Thursday. Analysts expected a 0.3% gain for the month. On a yearly basis, the calendar-adjusted industrial output dropped 0.6%, against the revised 1.2% increase earlier and the consensus estimate of a 1% growth.
