04:51 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brødrene A & O Johansen (AOJ-B.CO) received acceptances from 92.5% of electrical equipment retailer Elektroimportøren's (ELIMP.OL) shareholders as of Thursday. The Denmark-listed technical installation materials supplier said Thursday that all closing conditions for the voluntary cash offer are fulfilled. Settlement is expected within 15 business days.
