06:20 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved the joint control of MAK Mecsek Autópálya Koncessziós Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság by Aberdeen Group's (ABDN.L) Abrdn Investments Ltd. and Strabag (STR.VI). The regulator said Thursday that the deal, which mainly covers the operation of a section of two motorways in Hungary, would not raise competition concerns.
