07:24 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe on Wednesday increased its price target and earnings estimates for Ferrari (RACE.MI) after the Italian luxury carmaker published "strong" second-quarter results and upgraded its full-year 2026 guidance. Ferrari's net revenue for the three months ended June 30 came in at 1.94 billion euros, up 8% year over year and 11% at constant currency. Amid stronger-than-expected personalizations and lower-than-anticipated currency headwinds, the company boosted its full-year 2026 outlook, including raising its net revenue target to 7.60 billion euros from a prior estimate of 7.50 billion euros. As such, the research firm lifted its price target by 5.36% to 422 euros, with an add rating. Analysts also increased their 2026 and 2027 sales forecasts by 1% to 7.62 billion euros and 8.19 billion euros, respectively. AlphaValue/Baader Europe added that higher F80 shipments and the rollout of the limited-series 12Cilindri are expected to lift year-over-year margins by 100 basis points. "Ferrari's unique business model, underpinned by scarcity, a record order book covering all of 2027, and sustained pricing power, provides exceptional earnings visibility and resilience to macroeconomic, tariff and FX headwinds. The latest guidance upgrade, together with personalisation revenues ahead of plan, reinforces Ferrari's long-standing track record of exceeding guidance and achieving strategic targets ahead of schedule, supporting our view that the group's 2030 financial targets represent a floor rather than a ceiling," the note said.
