The Alpharetta, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 29 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $262.3 million in the period.

Priority Technology expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.01 billion to $1.04 billion.
