According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jin Jing Xinneng (01783) announced that on August 6, 2026 (after the transaction period), the buyer (Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in China) signed a server purchase agreement with the seller Shanghai Shunquan Technology Co., Ltd. Based on this, the buyer agreed to purchase high-performance servers supporting the Group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, at a total cost of RMB 1,288.4 billion (tax included).

According to the company's earlier disclosure, Jin Jing Xinneng plans to acquire target shares (that is, the entire issued share capital of the target company YV CLOUD Limited and the operating company Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.) from the seller Yovole Cayman, at a maximum cost of no more than HK$2.5 billion. The acquisition of the target group, which is mainly engaged in providing cloud computing capability services, marks the strategic expansion of the Group's business into the field of intelligent computing.

The purpose of the purchase is to support the target group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, including the new customer contract that the target group has obtained. It is expected that the contract will make full use of the products acquired under the server purchase agreement. By procuring high-performance servers to deploy intelligent data infrastructure, the company aims to meet the growing market demand for intelligent computing services and enhance the Group's competitiveness in the intelligent computing era. The purchase is an important acquisition for the execution of the company's strategy and the target group's growth plans.
