10:18 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Secure Trust Bank (STB.L) said Thursday it completed the initial 5 million-pound-sterling tranche of its 10 million-pound share buyback. The British retail lender repurchased 323,406 ordinary shares at an average price of 15.46 pounds per share between June 29 and Aug. 5. The company intends to start the second 5 million-pound tranche of the buyback in September.
