10:38 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank (DBK.F) and KBC Group (KBC.BR) have reportedly frozen some of iron ore trader Radiant World's bank accounts in Singapore, Bloomberg News wrote Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. Some other banks also suspended credit lines, the sources said, according to the report. The German lender and the Belgian bank-insurer's move comes as several other companies halted business dealings with Radiant World after it was found to have submitted falsified documents to its banks. Deutsche Bank, KBC and Radiant World did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
