11:20 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The High Court of Justice in England and Wales sanctioned the scheme of arrangement linked to Acceler8 Ventures' (AC8.L) planned acquisition of Intuitive Investments Group (IIG.L), according to a Thursday filing. The scheme is expected to take effect on Aug. 13, with suspension of Intuitive Investments' shares occurring on the same day. Meanwhile, delisting of the British investment company and the admission of Acceler8's enlarged share capital to the London bourse's main market are both expected on Aug. 14. In June, Acceler8 offered 2.6797 new shares for each Intuitive Investment share held, valuing the target asset's fully diluted share capital at 600 million pounds sterling.
