Bank of Zhengzhou (06196) completes issuance of 2026 secondary capital bonds

According to Zhitong Finance App, Bank of Zhengzhou (06196) issued an announcement. With approval from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration and the People's Bank of China, the Bank recently successfully issued the “Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. 2026 Secondary Capital Bonds” (current bonds) in the national interbank bond market.

The current bond was recorded on August 4, 2026, and payment was completed on August 6, 2026. The issuance scale was RMB 6 billion. It is a 10-year fixed interest rate bond, with a coupon interest rate of 1.97%, and conditional issuer redemption rights at the end of the 5th year.

The funds raised by the current bond will be used to supplement the Bank's secondary capital in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approval.
