Zhitong Finance App News, Keji Pharmaceutical-B (02171) announced that CT1190B, a general-purpose CAR-T cell product targeting CD19/CD20, has been approved by IND from the National Drug Administration to treat patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least second-line standard treatment. The results of the CT1190B IIT study were presented on a poster at the 2026 European Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.

CT1190B is a general-purpose CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD19/CD20. It was developed based on Keji Pharmaceuticals' THAN-U Plus® platform, and IIT is currently being developed to treat relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
