12:56 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avolta (AVOL.SW) said Friday it purchased a 51% stake in Caribbean duty-free operator Penha Duty Free Group. The transaction provides a contractual pathway to complete ownership by the Swiss-listed travel retailer and will expand its presence in Caribbean leisure destinations. Avolta said it expects the transaction to be immediately accretive to EPS.
