01:33 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Emaar Development (DFM:EMAARDEV) said Friday its profit and revenue for the first half increased year over year. Net profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 5.56 billion Emirati dirhams, compared with 3.76 billion dirhams a year earlier. EPS moved to 1.39 dirhams from 0.94 dirham. The Dubai-listed real estate developer's revenue was 13.34 billion dirhams, compared with 9.93 billion dirhams a year ago.
