02:15 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Germany's calendar and seasonally adjusted trade surplus came in at 15.4 billion euros in June, down from the revised 19.3 billion euros a month ago, according to data from the country's Federal Statistical Office published Friday. Analysts expected a trade surplus of 17.2 billion euros for the month. Exports edged up 0.9% month over month, compared with the revised 1.1% gain in March and the expected 0.2% uptick. Monthly imports were 4.4% higher, against the revised 2.6% decrease earlier and the market forecast of 1% growth.
