The Renewables Infrastructure Group Swings to Profit in H1

02:38 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG.L) said Friday it swung to an attributable profit for the first half, while total operating loss narrowed year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 2 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 113.8 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.001 pound from a loss per share of 0.047 pound. The renewables investment company's total operating loss was 9.6 million pounds, compared with 94.9 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.0189 pound per share for the period, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders on record Thursday. For full-year 2026, the company reaffirmed its dividend target of 0.0755 pound per share.
