French Foreign Exchange Reserves Increase in July

02:57 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- France's foreign exchange reserves rose to 357.05 billion euros in July from 355.39 billion euros in June, according to government data published Friday. The total amount consisted of 276.79 billion euros in gold reserves and 34.37 billion euros in foreign currency reserves, along with 39.42 billion euros in claims on the International Monetary Fund and 6.46 billion euros in other reserve assets.
