04:35 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aixia Group (AIXIA-B.ST) shareholder NanoCap Group (NANOC-B.ST) plans to accept the public takeover offer from digital transformation services company White Pearl Technology Group (WPTG-B.ST). NanoCap holds 16.1% of the Swedish IT and artificial intelligence company's share capital and 11.8% of votes, according to a Friday filing.
