04:38 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- M Winkworth (WINK.L) said Friday it initiated legal proceedings against its Nonexecutive Chair Simon Agace over alleged breaches of confidentiality. The case, filed in the UK High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, alleges that Agace breached a 2009 relationship agreement and his duties as a director under the UK Companies Act. The UK-based franchised estate agency is seeking interim injunctive relief related to the proposed changes to its board and the use and disclosure of confidential information, and has also sought information regarding the disclosure of confidential information to third parties. The court has not yet determined the allegations and the application for interim relief.
