05:33 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KBC Group (KBC.BR) said Friday it will call and redeem all 400 million pounds sterling of its 1.25% fixed-rate reset senior notes on Sept. 21. The bank-insurance group will purchase the notes for a total of 405 million pounds, including the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest of 5 million pounds. KBC Bank will serve as the paying, listing, and calculation agent for the transactions.
