These Analysts Raise Their Forecasts On Texas Roadhouse After Strong Q2 Results

Texas Roadhouse Inc (NASDAQ:TXRH) on Thursday posted better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter.

The company reported quarterly earnings of $1.85 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.82 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.680 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.674 billion.

Jerry Morgan, Chief Executive Officer of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., said, “We are excited about the momentum in our business this quarter as continued strong traffic trends drove record average weekly sales. These results are a testament to the hard work, passion, and ownership mentality of our operators and their commitment to our mission, values, and purpose of Serving Communities Across America and the World.”

Texas Roadhouse shares rose 0.9% to $210.00 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Texas Roadhouse following earnings announcement.

  • TD Cowen analyst Andrew M. Charles maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $205 to $230.
  • Stephens & Co. analyst Jim Salera maintained the stock with an Equal-Weight rating and raised the price target from $180 to $205.
