08:31 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Árima Real Estate Socimi (ARM.MC) sold a property in Madrid for 17.7 million euros, a 15.4% premium to the acquisition price. The Spanish real estate company formalized the transfer of the nonstrategic asset on July 30, according to a Friday release.
