The gross charter rate is minus a 5.00% commission paid to third parties, for a period of minimum thirty-two (32) months up to maximum thirty-five and a half (35.5) months. The charter is expected to commence during the second quarter of 2027. The m/v Florida is currently chartered, as previously announced, to Bunge S.A., Geneva, at a gross charter rate of US$25,900 per day, minus a 5.00% commission paid to third parties.

The "Florida" is a 182,063 dwt Capesize dry bulk vessel built in 2022.

The employment of "Florida" is anticipated to generate a total of approximately US$29.28 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.
