Dauch's Adjusted EPS in H1 Rises; Net Sales Up

09:14 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dauch Corp. (DCH.L) said Friday its first-half adjusted EPS increased to $0.65 from $0.56, while net sales increased year over year. Noting that its acquisition of Dowlais Group plc was the primary driver of the changes in its financial results, the company's unaudited net loss attributable to Dauch for the six months ended June 30 was $99.3 million, compared with a net income of $46.4 million earlier. Diluted loss per share was $0.46, compared with an EPS of $0.38. The US-based automotive supplier's net sales totaled $5.33 billion, compared with $2.95 billion a year ago. Looking ahead, Dauch now expects 2026 sales to be between $10.6 billion and $10.8 billion, compared with the previous guidance of $10.3 billion to $10.8 billion.
