11:41 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Siemens (SIE.F) will spend more than $200 million to build two manufacturing facilities in the US, expanding the production of electrical equipment for artificial intelligence-ready data centers. The new sites in Georgia and Texas will create more than 1,500 jobs and expand the German technology group's production capacity for the electrical infrastructure needed to power AI data centers, according to a Friday release.
