Bonyan REIT Fund Logs Lower H1 Net Income; Income From Properties Grows

05:10 AM EDT, 08/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bonyan REIT Fund (SASE:4347) said Sunday that net income for the first half of 2026 decreased, while income from properties rose year over year. Net income for the six months ended June 30 was 46.2 million Saudi riyals, compared with 54.8 million riyals earlier. Earnings per unit moved to 0.2838 riyal from 0.3362 riyal. The Saudi Arabia-listed real estate investment fund's income from properties was 142.1 million riyals, compared with 134.5 million riyals a year ago.
