05:50 AM EDT, 08/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Medical Center Co. (SASE:4021) said Sunday its board recommended raising its capital to 96.3 million Saudi riyals from 77 million riyals. The Saudi-listed medical group said the increase will be done via the issue of one bonus share for every four shares held. The company noted that the move will be funded through the capitalization of 19.3 million riyals from its retained earnings. Canadian Medical Center added that the capital boost is subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
