12:55 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ADNH Catering (ADX:ADNHC) will restructure its operational leadership after Peter Nichols retires as chief operating officer - United Arab Emirates, effective Dec. 31. The Abu Dhabi-listed hospitality group appointed Scott Durand to the consolidated position of country managing director in the UAE to oversee operations, effective Sept. 1, according to an Aug. 7 release. Simon Khayat will take over as country managing director of Saudi Arabia to succeed Durand, effective Aug. 19.
