The Zhitong Finance App learned that KinRG, a hydrothermal reactor power plant developer with data center construction business, has submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to 17 million US dollars through an IPO.

The company plans to issue 3.8 million shares at a price of between $4 and $5 per share to raise $17 million. Calculated at the midpoint of the proposed issue price range, the fully diluted market value of KinRG would reach US$298.9 million.

KinRG is an early-stage company dedicated to planning, designing, licensing, financing, and constructing its patented renewable hydrothermal reactor project. The project uses ambient heat within the tower structure and the principles of evaporative cooling dynamics to generate falling airflow to drive the turbine (turbine) to generate electricity. Following the acquisition of TRINITY on April 1, 2026, the company's business also covered commercial construction and infrastructure services mainly aimed at the data center industry.

The company was founded in 2010 and has generated $257 million in revenue over the 12 months ending December 31, 2025. The company plans to list on the NYSE American Exchange (NYSE American), but the stock code has not yet been determined. KinRG filed a confidential listing application on June 12, 2026. R.F. Lafferty & Co. The sole underwriter for this transaction.
