05:49 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Serstech (SERT.ST) said Monday that Simon Persson will resign as chief financial officer but remain in the position until Nov. 10. Persson was offered a chief executive officer role at a noncompeting startup. As a result, the Swedish chemical identification products maker launched the search process for his successor.
