SL Green Realty Corp said Monday that OceanSound, LP has signed a new five-year, 32,032 square foot lease covering floors 8, 22 and 23 at 450 Park Ave. The private equity firm, which focuses on the technology sector, currently subleases 21,640 square feet

The tenant was represented by John Johnson of Savills, Inc. SL Green was represented by Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alex D’Amario, Matthew Dichter and Brooke Dewing of CBRE. Located at the southwest corner of Park Avenue and 57th Street, 450 Park Ave. is a 33-story office tower with a tenant roster including Banco Bradesco, Blue Crest Capital Management, Garnett Station Partners, Muzinich & Co, and Steadfast Financial.
