12:10 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Next Geosolutions Europe (NXT.MI) subsidiary Rana Subsea agreed to acquire the subsea business units of CNS International and Maser Marine Services for 6.1 million euros. The acquisition covers existing commercial contracts onboard vessels operating in Qatar and Romania, as well as a company headquartered in Azerbaijan, the marine geoscience and offshore construction support services group said Monday. The transaction is expected to be completed in phases by the end of 2026.
