02:18 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amana Cooperative Insurance's (SASE:8310) board proposed to decrease the company's capital to 301 million Saudi riyals from 430 million riyals. The capital decrease will be carried out through decreasing the nominal value of ordinary shares to 7 riyals from 10 riyals and is subject to approvals from the Capital Market Authority, relevant authorities, and the extraordinary general assembly, the insurance company said Tuesday. Amana Cooperative Insurance said the purpose of the capital reduction is to restructure the company's capital.
