International Workplace Group Posts Lower H1 Attributable Net Income; Revenue Up

02:22 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- International Workplace Group (IWG.L) said Tuesday that attributable net income for the first half declined, while revenue rose year over year. Net income attributable to the company for the six months ended June 30 was $2 million, compared with $11 million earlier. EPS moved to $0.002 from $0.011. On the other hand, adjusted net income was $45 million and adjusted EPS was $0.046, compared with the year-ago period's $23 million and $0.022, respectively. The workspace company's revenue was $1.97 billion, compared with $1.85 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of $0.0048 per share for the period, payable on Oct. 9 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 11. It paid $0.0045 per share a year ago. Looking ahead, the company continues to expect its company-owned revenue to grow at least 4% in 2026.
