Lion Finance Group Posts Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Operating Income

02:41 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lion Finance Group (BGEO.L) said Tuesday that attributable profit and net operating income for the first half increased year over year. Profit attributable to shareholders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 1.20 billion Georgian lari, compared with 1.02 billion lari earlier. EPS moved to 27.98 lari from 23.44 lari. The Georgian lender's net operating income was 2.37 billion lari, compared with 2.02 billion lari a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a dividend of 3.05 lari per share for the second quarter, payable Sept. 25 to shareholders on record Sept. 11. The first half dividend comes up to 5.9 lari per share, up from 5.1 lari per share a year ago.
