03:53 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BSF Enterprise (BSFA.L) signed a heads of terms agreement with Schakau Managementberatung for a worldwide, exclusive commercialization and supply partnership for its bioactive peptide ETSYL, palmitoyl pentapeptide-87. The British tissue-engineered materials company granted the German boutique commercialization company commercialization, distribution and licensing rights for the peptide across the cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetics and luxury beauty sectors for an initial 10 years, subject to annual targets, according to a Tuesday filing. Schakau will deploy ETSYL as the core active ingredient in its ultra-luxury skincare brand, Hands of God, and seek ingredient licensing deals with global cosmetic brand partners.
