Italian Trade Surplus Falls in June

04:09 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italy posted a trade surplus of 4.23 billion euros in June, [up/down] from the revised surplus of 4.95 billion euros in May, according to data from statistics agency Istat published Tuesday. Analysts expected a trade surplus of 4.74 billion euros for the month. Seasonally adjusted exports rose 1.6% month over month, while imports climbed 1.2%.
