04:53 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT.L) said Tuesday the Court of Biella in Italy scheduled the auction of the third property asset related to its Sipiem litigation for Oct. 20. The minimum starting bid price for the property, which the court-appointed surveyor valued at 272,600 euros, will be 204,450 euros. The court dismissed a defendant's appeal against enforcement proceedings on the case in July, allowing the blockchain-focused investor's unit, Clear Leisure 2017, to resume the judicial sale of a real estate asset. The subsidiary is pursuing enforcement of a final judgment from the Venice Court of Appeal, which awarded it over 6 million euros in damages plus interest and legal costs in June 2024.
